I've had a few things to do to my 150cc single seater.

I've got to redo my seatbelt harness, as I cannot get them tight enough. I've already changed them out for 5 point units. I even made a passage through the seat for the anti-sub, anti-ride-up-to-your-chest, crotch strap. Yep, you saw it, I wrote chest.

I discovered that I had rust in the fuel tank (right after the buggy sat for a while then wouldn't start . . . hmmm, what's in the carb I wonder?) No fear, I got some great stuff to clean it out and reline with some heavy duty goo. Dries like epoxy though.

In other glorious news, the kart was smoking up a bit too much so instead of just reringing it, I decided to get an overbore. It's a 155cc'ish 59mm so it should go right in.

I'm going to change out my stock cam for an A12 at the same time. I hope all that motor-ish work amounts to something (ported head, FMF exhaust, A12 cam, yellow adjustable CDI, 59mm overbore) :problem:

The ASW 7150 is fine, I've just got to rewire some of the communication trigger pieces (the buttons which trigger the in-helmut communication gear)
