The New Jersey State Senate Environment Committee did not vote on S2055 which is an OHV registration bill and S1059 which is the OHV parks bill yesterday.
Both bills were tabled until March so that the Senate Environment Committee can do more research on the matter.
You can help by calling all members of the Senate Environment Committee to let them know you only support S2055 if S1059 is tie-bared and that you WANT THREE OHV PARKS not one!
Members of the Senate Environment Committee are:
Smith, Bob (Chair): (732) 752-0770
Van Drew, Jeff (Vice Chair): (609) 465-0700 (Cape May Court House), (856) 765-0891 (Millville), (856) 696-7109 (Vineland), (609) 926-3779 (Somers Point)
Bateman, Christopher: (908) 526-3600
Beach, James: (856) 489-3442
Ciesla, Andrew R.: (732) 840-9028
Gordon, Robert M.: (201) 703-9779
If this works out in New Jersey the chances of it happening in N.Y, CT, and other areas will be greater! so hop on board and please make a few phone calls. It's not gonna happen anywhere if we don't make it happen. There are to many opposers to just let it be left to someone else. every call counts. are ya feeling it? JT
